Added a buy me a coffee widget
I have just added a buy me a coffee widget to the index page. I had to go and re-enable the very old paypal account. I never like using paypal, so we will see how that goes. I guess this is ethicly better than having advertising on the site. I would like to research how much anybody ever gets from a buy-me-a-coffe process. Very little I suspect. Prove me wrong!
